Die zitrische Note wird hauptsächlich durch die Pink Grapferuit erzeugt, was eine schöne Abwechslung zu anderen Gin Sorten ist. Um dieses Gerüst herum wurden die anderen Botanicals fein säuberlich abgestimmt - getreu dem Motto: weniger ist mehr. So lässt die Zugabe von Hauszwetschgen eine gewisse "Süße" in das Destillat übergehen.
