Durch die ätherischen Öle der Zistrose hat der Fabelhaft Gin eine leichte Trübung, denn der Gin wird nicht filtriert, was ihm seinen frischen und im Nachhall leicht würzigen Charakter verleiht. How did the idea for the Fabelhaft Gin come about?

Dirk Niepoort hatte bereits vor einigen Jahren die Idee, einen Gin herzustellen. Es kam aber nicht zur Umsetzung. Nachdem der Weinhändler Dirk Delventhal die Nordik Brennerei kennenlernte, entstand das Projekt Fabelhaft Gin. Mit Ardau Weinimport wurde ein Distributeur gefunden. Niepoort, Ardau und Delventhal einigten sich dann aus mehreren Proben auf den perfekten Gin. Read more
