How is the Gear Gin made?
Wir Brennen nach der SSD Methodik (Slow separated distillation) in einem historischen Kupferbrennkessel. Die Temperaturstufen des Brennvorganges werden besonders langsam durchlaufen, um möglichst viele Aromen zu erhalten und eine besonders saubere Trennung von Vor- Mittel- und Nachlauf zu gewährleisten. Diese Prozedur wird dreimal wiederholt, um die bestmögliche Reinheit des Destillates zu gewährleisten.
