Taste

This is the taste of Snow White Gin

Staff opinion

The Snow White Gin is very balanced and soft in taste. Of course, apples were used as botanicals, but I expected more sweetness from them. However, this is hidden behind the dominant juniper and the lavender note. Even if the sweetness does not come out for me, the apples together with the lemon still provide an excellently coordinated fresh note. All in all a very tasty gin that I can recommend without hesitation.
