How is the 44VIER London Dry Gin made?

Unser 44VIER wird nach einer 24 stündigen Mazeration auf unserer 200-Liter-Feinbrandblase destilliert. Durch eine besonders langsame Destillation und die Nutzung eines Siedebodens können wir eine zweifache Destillation erreichen, was die Ingwernote sanft und frisch werden lässt. Wichtig: alle Kräuter werden IN das Mazerat gegeben und nicht in einen Korb. Das befähigt uns zu stärkeren Auslösungen unserer Aromen und insbesodere bei diesen kleineren Produktionsmengen zu einem konstanten Geschmacksprofil und gleichbleibend hoher Qualität. Read more
