How did the idea for the Blackmoon Gin come about?
Blackmoon Gin Classic war 2016 mein erster Gin. Ich war auf der Suche nach dem Geschmack wie ich ihn mir für einen "klassischen" Gin vorstelle: Wacholder und anderes und nicht umgekehrt!

Botanicals werden zerkleinert, vermischt und ca. 24h in "Ginnachlauf" mazeriert. Anschliessend wird in einer Alambik Brennblase mit Kolonne schonend gebrannt.
What is special about the Blackmoon Gin?
Alkoholbasis zu allen BM Gin's ist nicht Industriesprit "Ethanol" sondern ein Weisswein aus Südafrika. Deshalb findest du keine Spritaromen in Blackmoon Gin. Der Alkohol ist Teil des Geschmacks und macht den Gin weich und nicht stechend. Blackmoon Gin's müssen auch pur als Trinkgenuss durch gehen.
