Breaks Gin has a variety of different gins to offer. I would like to anticipate that I personally like this one best. In the nose, in addition to the typical juniper, fresh citrus notes are noticeable, as well as a pleasant spice. It is precisely these aromas that dominate the taste. If you enjoy the gin pure, the orange blossoms and the lemon peel are clearly in the foreground. The taste is underlaid with spice, whereby I could mainly taste the cubeb pepper. There are also wonderful floral aromas that should come from chamomile. If you add a little tonic, the result is a surprisingly mild and harmonious gin, which leaves a slightly peppery note paired with a little sweetness in the finish. I can recommend this gin without hesitation!

The Breaks London Dry Gin from the fan-shaped city of Karlsruhe convinced me directly. On the nose you first notice juniper and citrus notes but also a spicy sweetness of liquorice and cubeb pepper. The cubeb pepper in particular is also evident in the finish when enjoyed on its own. As a gin and tonic, the Breaks London Dry Gin is surprisingly light and balanced despite its flavor and goes well with a warm summer evening. I have a clear test tip here.
