When you first look at the bottle, you can tell that the Eisvôgel gin is made with a lot of manual work. In addition to the hand-written label, the branding stamp on the cork is particularly noticeable. I generally like the design of the bottle very much. Fortunately, I wasn't disappointed with the taste either. The juniper note is surrounded by fresh citrus notes and a peppery sharpness underlines the overall picture. Both the smell and the taste are of high quality. What is also good for this gin is the louche effect. When tonic water and ice cubes are added, this gin becomes cloudy due to the essential oils. The association "kingfisher" fits perfectly. If you could still hear the kingfisher sing, this gin would really appeal to all the senses. I especially like to drink this gin with the Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water. Anyone who can get a bottle should grab it without hesitation!
