The gin sul is a real hamburger in its presentation and communication. In terms of taste, however, you have left the Hanseatic port and set off on new shores. The citrus aroma of the Portuguese lemons in particular have a strong effect on the nose and on the palate and give the gin a slightly Mediterranean touch. After the citrus flavors, juniper follows directly, which harmonises very well and results in a great combination on the palate. The 43% of the gin are very soft on the nose and on the palate, with no trace of sharpness. Together with a classic Indian or Dry Tonic such as the Schweppes Dry Tonic, the Gin Sul results in an excellent Gin Tonic. For this reason, a clear recommendation for the Gin Sul, which in my opinion belongs in every home bar.
