Zuerst Zitrusnoten mit Orangenschale, dann ganz klar Wacholderbeere und im Abgang kommen Preiselbeeren, Kardamom, Kubeben-Pfeffer und Zimt. Sehr weich im Abgang daher auch pur ein Genuss.
What is special about the Orscheler Dry Gin?
Ein sehr solider Gin, der noch die Wacholderbeere im Vordergrund hat, aber dazu sehr klar sein ganzes Aromaspektrum kundtut. Hergestellt von Sven Burkard (Brenner in 5. Generation, staatlich geprüfter Brennmeister und Edelbrandsommelier) Besonders langsame Destillation was zu einem sehr weichem Abgang beiträgt.

Nach der Mazeration wird der Gin über eine moderne Kolonnenbrennerei inkl. Aromakorb destilliert. Danach in alten Fässern aus Steinwerkzeug gelagert. Anschließend auf Trinkstärke herabgesetzt und gekühlt filtriert. Zutaten: Wacholderbeeren, Ingwer, Süßholzwurzeln, Koriander, Kardamom, Zimt, Angelikawurzel, Zitrone, Lemongrass, Holunder Blüten, Anis, Kubeben-Pfeffer, Preiselbeeren und Orange.
