Juniper dominates the nose, but the palate shows a slightly different picture. Especially the citrus aroma and a spicy mixture of coriander, nutmeg, ginger and thyme appear here. A successful composition that gives an excellent gin and tonic, especially with a fruity garnish such as a slice of apple, lemon or orange. Here you can also be a little bolder and, for example, use the Fentimans Herbal Tonic Water. But even with a classic tonic like the Fentimans Traditional or the Schweppes Dry Tonic, the Applause Dry Gin results in a very good gin and tonic. Clear recommendation to try the gin yourself.
