Taste

This is the taste of Bernhards 1806 Eifel Dry Gin

Staff opinion

staff-0 Nico

The Bernhards 1806 Eifel Dry Gin is labeled "Hol under, Wach holder" and already describes the dominant notes of this gin. In addition to the dominant juniper and elderberry, a slight bitter note appears. All in all, a very intense gin, which mainly has herbal notes. Even if the Bernhards 1806 Eifel Dry Gin looks inconspicuous at first glance, you can expect a very well-coordinated taste experience that I can recommend without hesitation.
